The 9th Annual Symposium of the Northeastern New York Chapter of the Financial Planning Association will be held on May 14, 2009 at the New York State Nurses’ Association located in Albany NY. As Symposium Chair, Olivia A. Mussett, CFP® is pleased to announce that Arista’s own Timothy Casserly, Esq., CFP ®, will be amongst the illustrious line-up of industry leading symposium presenters. Tim’s not to be missed topic of “Estate Planning: What You Need to Know for You and Your Clients” will be time well spent.
Historically this excellent symposium has attracted over 100 financial planning professionals from the Greater Albany area. This year, Ms. Mussett has assembled a nationally credentialed line up of presenters who will cover a broad range of topics such as building alpha in investment portfolios, tax-efficient investment planning, personal liability and long-term care insurance planning and retirement planning.

Eileen Updyke and her husband, Pete Updyke, are the proud parents of a baby girl. Sidney Elizabeth Updyke was born at 11:34am on June 29, 2009. She weighed 8 lb 7 oz and was 21 inches long. Eileen is taking the summer off with her new baby and will be returning in the fall.
